Founded in 2024 by Kirsty Loftus, Vin-ity is based in London.
Kirsty has as a professional in Drinks Industry for over 25 years, much of this in the UK, which is one of the most complex and influential global drinks markets.
Her breadth of experience offers a unique insight and understanding of how it all “works”, as she has worked directly for prestigious Wine & Spirits brand owners (including Diageo, Codornìu & Zamora) and for leading UK and Ireland importer/wholesalers. Kirsty also has experience managing drinks brands and distributor networks in the wider EMEA wines and spirits markets, including Scandanavia, Netherlands and Belgium.
She has extensive knowledge of Marketing & Commercial Management and is adept at finding distributor partners, creating brand value chains and market-ready strategic plans to deliver growth and deliver brand value objectives
Before embarking on a career in the drinks industry, she attained a Bachelor of Law degree and an MSC in Management and her subsequent work experience means she has enviable network from across the Drinks Industry. Kirsty has also achieved the internationally coveted WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits and recently qualified with an “mini” MBA in Marketing.
Kirsty’s career highlights include: “soft” launching new Diageo brands in premium London venues, En primeur wine broking and the attainment of No1 listed Spanish Brand in the UK On Trade (for 2 separate brands).
Her recent key success was the strategic development of a Rioja brand, from obscurity to solus Rioja brand in growth in value and volume in the UK, within 5 years.
In addition to this Kirsty has driven global PR agendas to drive brand recognition and value, project managed brand immersive events in iconic London venues which have been recognised by the industry (shortlisted for the “Drinks Business Event of the Year”).
Vin-ity’s approach is solution-driven and is one of collaboration, analytical insight and strategic foresight. Kirsty excels in presenting brands in a credible and impactful manner to empower partners and stakeholders, she is adept at delivering brand owner KPI’s and creating and actioning commercial and marketing plans.
